These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the chat service operated by SEO Design Chicago ("we", "us", "our") and made available on the websites of our clients (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the chat.
The chat is provided by us on behalf of the business whose website you are visiting (the "Client"). We are not the Client, we do not own or operate their website, and we are not responsible for their products, services, pricing, or the other content on their site.
Responses in the chat may be generated by an automated assistant. The assistant identifies itself as such when asked. A member of the Client's team can be brought in at any point.
Information the assistant provides about a Client is drawn from that Client's own published material. If something is wrong or out of date, please raise it with the Client directly.
Anything of that kind is confirmed by the Client's own team, not through the chat.
The chat is recorded, and the transcript — along with any name, telephone number, email address, or other detail you provide — is stored by us and shared with the Client so they can follow up. It may also be shared with parties working with us or the Client to deliver that follow-up. Please do not send payment card details, government identifiers, health information, or passwords through the chat.

You agree not to use the chat to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content; to impersonate another person; to send unsolicited advertising; to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or to extract data from it by automated means.
You must be 18 or older to use the chat. We may end your access at any time if these Terms are not followed.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its responses will be complete or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to two hundred United States dollars (US$200).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Service, and the software and materials in it, belong to us or our licensors. You may use the chat for your own enquiry and nothing further. Content belonging to a Client remains theirs.
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published at this address, and the date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and the state and federal courts serving Cook County, Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
